Those who reported for alien registration (listed below) or domestic residence and those who reported for application of health insurance should follow these requirements

| Criteria for the Transference to Family |
When foreigners or overseas Koreans are members of a local family, they are deemed to belong to the same family, and enrolled and managed as such - Targets to be recognized as the same family members
