Environment-Friendly Manufacturers Invest KRW 55 b

South Jeolla Governor Park Jun-young and Younggwang County Governor Jeong Gi-ho signed an agreement on investment worth KRW 55 billion with executives of Eco Vital Group, Dongmun Global Dek, Daeto, Line Inc. on February 3 at Younggwang county government complex.
Under the agreement, Eco Vital Group will invest KRW 30 billion to build food supplement production plant in a a 20,000㎡ site in Deokheung-ri, Beopseong-myeon, Younggwang-gun.
Dongmun Glbal Dek Co. is to invest KRW 8.7 billion in a 358,000㎡ site in Daema-myeon to enter construction materials market by creating bamboo forest for environment-friendly bamboo furnishing products.
It will also relate the bamboo forest with the county-wide forestation project pushed by the Younggwang government from a long-term perspective.
Daeto Co.will manufacture environment-friendly powder germicide from stones with investment to the tune of KRW 13 billion in a 10,000㎡ in Gunseo-myeon.
Line Co. is planning to process used lumber into sawdust, woodchip, etc. and supply to Jeonju Paper Co. in a 5,000㎡ site in Songhak-ri, Gunseo-myeon with investment worth KRW 3 billion.
